General Recommended Care
The Naran Brand has been designed with the ultimate luxury in mind using delicate fabrics and laces. Please handle your products with care to maintain their beauty and shape. All garments have detailed care instructions on their labels, please read and follow these carefully.
For Best Results:
· Always refer to the garment’s care label.
· When washing bras, hook the back closures together to prevent the hooks damaging delicate fabrics and laces.
· Use a lingerie bag during washing, this helps to protect fabrics and prevents wires from escaping and damaging your fabrics or washing machine.
· All padded garments should be gently restored to shape straight after washing.
· Avoid using pegs to hang garments after washing.
· Garments can be dried flat or bras can be hung in half over a line.
When storing bras be careful not to crush the padded cups, this can be done by storing your garments flat in a drawer (ideal) or by twisting one cup into the other.

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver worldwide excluding Russia due to Russian shipping restrictions.
Australian deliveries are by Australia Post Express. International deliveries are by DHL Express. Please see "Shipping" on this site for more detailed information.

You will receive an email with your tracking number should you wish to check your parcel at any time, and regular email updates from Australia Post and DHL until your parcel is delivered.
Australian deliveries will be received within 2-3 business days for all metro areas. For more information please see our shipping information at the bottom of this site.
International deliveries may be received within 2-6 business days. Please allow for delays caused by Covid-19 and reduced flights.
Please note: There may be occasional delays for international shipments due to customs clearance processes that are out of our control.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
For Australian shipments we use Australia Post Express.
For international shipments (outside of Australia) we use DHL Express.

Any import GST/VAT and /or customs duties that may apply are the full responsibility of you the purchaser.
Naran Lingerie is not liable for these charges, unfortunately, they can not be refunded or reimbursed by Naran Lingerie.

would like more information on any duties or taxes that may apply, prior to making your purchase.

If you place your order before 3 pm on a weekday, we will ship your order out that day.
For purchases made on weekends, public holidays, and after 3 pm, your order will be shipped on the next day of business.

For all deliveries: An email will be sent to you with the tracking number for your purchase. You will receive email updates from Australia Post or DHL Express with the status of your parcel including a delivery notification.
All international deliveries require a signature on delivery. If there is no one to receive your parcel, a card will be left with instructions with delivery options.

You will be liable for any import duties, customs and taxes. You will be required to pay this at the point of, or after delivery.
Naran Lingerie is not liable for any International customs duties or taxes that may apply to your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot be refunded or reimbursed by Naran Lingerie.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you can, and it is super easy!
We offer a 30-day hasstle-free return for your lingerie.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com using the same email address you used to place the order to request a return/exchange form.
Please note: Any returns or exchanges must be in original, unworn and unwashed condition with no make-up stains and all original sewn-in labels and tags attached.
We do not offer refunds on sale items unless they are deemed faulty by us. You can make an exchange on a sale item.
Once the item has been received we will refund you using the same method used to purchase the item. Please allow up to five working days for us to process this.
Please note: We are unable to refund postage costs unless the garments are deemed faulty by us.
NARAN Lingerie cannot be held liable for the loss of any returns. We recommend using a registered post service and that you keep a record of your parcels tracking details.
We currently accept all major Credit Card Payments, Paypal, Zip Pay and Afterpay. (Afterpay can only be used for Australian purchases at this time)
