Measure:
You will need to take two measurements with a tape measure. We recommend you stand in front of a mirror in a bra you feel fits you well.
Take a firm measurement (no fingers under the tape) under your diaphragm
making sure the back of the tape measure is level in the mirror and has not dropped.
Take a second measurement over the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the back of the
tape measure has not dropped and that the tape measure is not digging in to your bust.

How a good fitting bra should look and feel
We want you to love your new bra and have the best possible fit - below is a checklist when checking the fit of your bra.
If you are unsure please do not hesitate to contact us, we are very happy to help you in your size selection.
Shoulder Straps:
Check you have adjusted the shoulder straps before putting on your bra.
We ship our bras with their straps short hung to save space during transportation.
Lengthen the slide so that when you are wearing the bra you can run a finger
under the strap comfortably, the strap has some tension and is a firm, comfortable fit.
It should not be so tight that the cup lifts away from your diaphragm
or so loose there is no tension or worse falls off your shoulder.
Band:
Check the band is level and not curving up at the back. If the back is curving up (red lines),
the diaphragm is too big – tighten the adjustment at the back.
If you are at the maximum adjustment on the hook and eye, the sides of the bra are digging
in (blue lines) and you feel short of breath, the diaphragm is too tight.
Underwire:
The underwire should be sitting under your armpit, or close to it, and not sitting on any breast tissue.
If the underwire is sitting on breast tissue your bra is too small in the cup.
The wire should sit against your body at the diaphragm (underneath your breasts).
If it is lifting away from your body, check your straps are not too tight.
If your straps are good, then the cup is too small.
Cups:
There should be no digging in on the neckline, or bulging over the top of the cup.
If there is, it means your cup is too small. Go up at least one cup size.
There should be no gap between the bra and your breast on the neckline, if there is,
that means your cup is too big. Go down at least one cup size. You could also try a different cup shape.
Currently we offer two cup shapes: A Balconnet cup and a Plunge Boost cup.
A softer bust may prefer our Plunge Boost cup as the boost provides
some lift and will fill out the neckline and enhance your cleavage.
A firmer bust (depending on the desired look) may prefer our Balconnet cup, as it is a more accommodating fit.
Centre front:
This should be sitting flat against your body between your breasts.
If there is a gap between the centre front and your breastbone the cups are too small. Go up a cup size.
Fit:
In a good fitting bra your breasts should stay fully contained in the cups with gentle movement
Measure:
To check your fit measure around the fullest part of your hip with your feet together.
Take this measurement over your own briefs and not bulky clothing. The tape measure should not be so tight that it digs into you.
Please check the tape is level in a mirror and has not dropped at the back.
